Intuition Development Exercises
Here are two simple introductory intuition development exercises for you to try. Before you start to work I recommend you spend 10 - 20 minutes in quietness: meditate, listen to uplifting music or go out into nature. Then sincerely ask that your intuitive self guide you through the activity you are about to try.
The 'Parking Place' Exercise
Go and seek a parking spot somewhere that parking is often difficult. Ask that you be given a parking place in that area. Visualize the location with an empty spot for you. Now with absolute certainty drive to the location and when you find your parking space, say 'thank you'. Repeat this exercise.
The 'Sensing Energies' Exercise
You are going alone to visit different public spaces. Take a notebook with you. Every physical space has an energy signature which is build up by the collective thoughts and feelings of people who use the space. Quietly 'feel into' the atmosphere of each space you visit and jot down words to describe it. Can you feel and sense the differences in energy? You might visit a library, a bar, a busy shopping centre, an office, a place undisturbed in nature and a new age crystal shop or similar. Make sure the places you visit have different mental and emotional energy flying around so that you will sense the differences. Record your results. Where were the contrasts greatest? Where did you feel a strong energy signature?Over time your sensitivity will grow.
Well done. You have now taken your first steps in connecting to your intuitive self!
